You can also create forms and surveys and analyze them more effectively. Place them on any page you like and get feedback from your customers. Find out what you can improve to keep your customers happy.

How do I create my own form or a poll?

You can create polls to let your customers make choices like what their favorite products are, what they think about your layalty program or to survey customer satisfaction. A poll lets you engage your audience in real time.

First off, you want to ensure that the Form builder add-on is active in your store.

Go to Website > pages and click the + button to add a new form.

In the General tab, give a name to the form.

In the Form builder tab, make the necessary adjustments.

Now add this form to any page you want. Say, to your Blog.

To do so, go to Design > Layouts, select Blog and add a new block.

In the Create new block tab, select Block with web page content.

In the General tab, type in a name and select Form for the template.

In the Content tab, select the form you’ve just created using the + Add pages button.

Save the changes.

For more details on the Form builder, refer to CS-Cart Docs.

Here’s a quick look of the page with the poll.

All the submitted answers can be viewed in the Form logs of the corresponding form.
