Most of them are from Europe, but we have partners from all over the world.

We started from scratch in 1992.

I wanted to provide an Uber-like platform.

I only learn from Magento speakers, and mostly I understand and realize all about customer satisfaction.

Searching for my own products and manufacturers.

What difficulties do you meet when using Multi-Vendor?

The difficulties are features that I need for my ideas. The three most significant are a stable and secure Multi-Vendor software, customer helpdesk, and the features of my idea (this is a lot to mention).

More feedback from Derek: A case resolution/dispute add-on is a must-have for all Marketplace platforms that allow customers to file a case dispute regarding their orders, problems with the vendor. So hopefully you consider this in the future.
