Nespresso Professional is a global brand and a patented system for preparing coffee. The company is represented in 80 countries and supplies more than 12,300 coffee capsules to customers around the world every minute. We were addressed by a regional distributor who wanted to launch online sales of capsules and coffee accessories in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Solution
The Simtech Development team prepared website mockups, and based on them, we developed a custom design in the Scandinavian style with illustrations from a professional photographer. After six months of development, the team launched an MVP of an online store with 3 storefronts in Danish, Finnish and Swedish using the CS-Cart platform. To consolidate data and create a common database of online and offline sales, we synchronized CS-Cart with Salesforce CRM using a Heroku middleware. In addition, Simtech Development developers have added functions for downloading video content and chat for communication between customers and sales managers.
Results
By launching an online store, the customer was able to expand the consumer audience in Denmark, Sweden and Norway
The online store has received constant development and technical support that meets the goals of business owners and customer expectations.
