Creating a marketplace for the international tabletop water filter manufacturer
We developed functionality for the marketplace, which became part of a large international ecosystem
Customer
A large company producing tabletop water filters contacted us. The owners requested that we launch a demo version of the marketplace as soon as possible. They needed this for an upcoming conference with a thousand entrepreneurs and to secure significant investment and partnership agreements.
Solution
To meet the deadline, we decided to create the store using CS-Cart, a boxed solution with over 500 ready-made functions for e-commerce projects. Our team integrated marketplace user data with the CREA ecosystem database. We also added integration with WildFire, a service for cross-selling large brands. Each organization appeared as a card displaying the name, logo, and cashback percentage for purchases. Additionally, we included a Best Deals block on the store's main page. We developed functionality that allows the marketplace owner to adjust the cashback percentage and add special parameters to the WildFire link. Simtech Development specialists created a special template for sellers with a premium vendor plan and added filters to the marketplace to help users sort offers. Finally, we installed the Cloud Translation by Google Marketplace module to automatically translate site pages into languages based on the user's location.
